Churches in Faro
Faro Bible Chapel
Faro Bible Chapel is an interdenominational, Bible-believing church that seeks to influence and assist the community in being the great place that it is. Sunday services are held for all ages, with Bible studies and other programs held from time to time, in a relaxed and stress-free environment.
The Chapel was established in 1973 and has ministered to numerous families and individuals over the years through the ups and downs of mining activity. Pastor Ted Baker and his wife Sally have resided in the town and led the church since 1991.

Anglican Parish of Faro and Ross River
An Anglican Parish is responsible for ensuring that the religious and spiritual needs of everyone residing or visiting in a geographical area are met, either directly or by liaising with other groups. While there is no Anglican church building in Faro and only an empty lot in Ross River, Pastoral Care and non-Sacramental services are still available to everyone at any time; Sacramental service would be provided in either town by Clergy in consultation with the Bishop. Group services of any kind in Faro would be held in a suitable room at the Faro Recreation Centre. Coordination of Pastoral Care to residents out of the Parish on Medical Travel is also provided. Please call Douglas Tutty, Anglican Minister of Presence, at (867) 322-0984. Follow us on Facebook and join our public group.
