EMERGENCY MEASURES COMMISSION
"On Tuesday March 25th,
2020, the Emergency Measures Commission met and discussed several topic areas.
These include:
- new developments in the
territory,
- new developments across the
various entities, organizations, and agencies represented at the table,
- service alterations for the
Town of Faro including the cancellation of Sheep and Crane and the
operations of the Campbell Region Interpretive Centre and Campgrounds,
- community support initiatives,
and
- emergency planning and
legislative tools.
The
COVID-19 outbreak continues to rapidly evolve. We will continue our research
and plan development to ensure we are staying current on policy changes and
best practices. There are no new announcements at this time.”
